M. Anthony Vaida (Tony) has served as a trustee for family trusts for more than 25 years. He has managed trusts of all sizes, including a complex $25 million family trust with many moving parts. Tony also has extensive experience drafting and implementing trust instruments that reflect the desires and intentions of the Trustor (settlor). As a result, he is thoroughly schooled in carrying out the duties and obligations of a trustee. 

In addition to his extensive experience offering trust administration services, Tony is a licensed attorney with more than four decades of trust and estates, litigation, and probate experience. Tony’s in-depth knowledge and breadth of experience inform his work as a trust advisor — he’s seen and handled a complex variety of trust administration issues, and his clients rely on his extensive knowledge to help them create and implement nuanced trust plans.

Tony is admitted to the bars of New Jersey, New York, District of Columbia and Colorado, as well as the New York Supreme Appellate Division, Third Department, the Southern District of New York and the New Jersey United States District Courts, the Third Circuit and District of Columbia Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court. 

Tony holds a bachelors of arts degree from Brown University and a law degree from Cornell Law School.
